Pride in Place Funding Survey

For too long, communities like West Howe have been overlooked and dismissed by Westminster. People here have repeatedly been written off by those in power, and I was determined to change that.

In Parliament, I’ve been working hard to secure long‑term investment for West Howe through Labour’s Pride in Place programme. I’m delighted to share that West Howe will now receive £20 million over the next decade to help regenerate and improve our area.

Securing this funding is a major step forward, but the next stage is even more important: deciding how it should be spent. Every pound must go toward the priorities that matter most to local people, whether that’s better youth facilities, support for small businesses, improved parks and green spaces, or cleaner and safer streets.

Your voice will shape these decisions. Please take a few minutes to share your views below so we can ensure this investment delivers real change for our community.
